Hi-Fi Component Technology

DRA-F109 conducts high-precision digital signal

processing, in which digital signals from a CD

player, a network audio player, or an external device

connected to the digital input are processed entirely

as digital from input to amplification. Full digital

processing translates to high fidelity reproduction of

original sound.

Full Digital Processing

The power supply circuit is separated into digital,

power-amp, and display circuit. This design reduces

noise by preventing interference caused by signals

between circuits and realizes high-ﬁ delity reproduction

of sound of any nature, from delicate to dynamic

sound. In addition, the simple and straight circuit

design from signal input to output prevents signal

degradation and noise impact, delivering pure sound.

Up to 40 favorite FM stations can be stored in

memory and selected by the system remote controller.

Convenient System Functions

When system connections are made between the

DRA-F109, DCD-F109 (CD player) and DNP-F109

(Network audio player), the system functions such as

Auto power on, Auto function, Alarm function and Auto

standby function can be performed. Furthermore

when

one of the auto standby functions is set to ON, the

auto standby function works for the entire system.

*The F109 Series system control function is not compatible with the prior F

Series (F102, F107, etc.)

Network Player that will Change Your Listening Style

Supports Wi-Fi Connection

Thanks to compatibility with WPS, the set up of network

connections becomes virtually effortless by combining

with a compatible router. The built-in diversity antenna

maintains good communication conditions. Also

complies with WMM (Wi-Fi Multimedia). Priority is

given to the transmission of music files to lessen the

impact from other communications so you can enjoy

stable streaming playback.

Supports AirPlay

AirPlay to enjoy streaming playback of music library on

iPod touch/iPhone/iPad and iTunes is supported. By

simply selecting the DNP-F109 from output device list

of iDevice, the input source switches to provide hours of

music streaming enjoyment.

Supports Denon Remote App

DNP-F109 can be controlled by iPod touch/iPhone

or Android device installed with Denon Remote App.

Connect the DNP-F109 to your home network and

then use iPod touch/iPhone or Android device that

is also connected by Wi-Fi to the same network to

perform DNP-F109 basic operations such as power

on, off, volume control, and changing the source. Also

Internet radio stations or music ﬁ les in the server can

be comfortably selected. This app can also control

DRA-F109 or DCD-F109 connected to DNP-F109 as a

system. The Denon Remote App is provided as a free

download. Get the iOS version from the App Store and

the Android version from Google Play.

This unit employs a soft dome tweeter to reproduce a

natural sound. A ventilation hole was added to prevent

thermal expansion of the air in the tweeter dome

and maintain uniform centering of the diaphragm.

This eliminates the negative effect of heat from the voice

coil and other components to reproduce brilliant vocals.

12 cm Woofer Achieves Clear Sound

An aluminum short ring was added to the woofer. This

reduces the woofer current distortion to reproduce clear
